I ran out of space on the first attempt so I'll summarize this one. Scheduled 2 vehicles for an oil change, a gmc truck and an audi suv. I had to bring my audi just to get a quote. Received a quote hours later after making me wait more than an hour for the inspection (I had to ask for my vehicle back). I noticed wrong fluid was inputed for a service I inquired and upon asking them, I was told it would be fixed and that the price would remain the same since they were the ones that did the mistake. Ended up calling once more to add a 2nd vehicle oil change and double checked that in the audi they were going to ise the correct oil and they doubled the price this time because they said it was European. I was never told nor saw a sign saying that if you drive a specific vehicle it would be more. I still ended up going through with it but not feeling comfortable as they were making it look like they have a hard time understanding European vehicles. Told them why the price doubled and I was told because the vehicle needed "European formulated oil" but for the people that understand its nothing special, its litteraly just the weight of the oil. I was looking for an honest and reliable auto repair shop. Unfortunately it wasn’t Mark’s. I had my oil changed and needed tires, sway bars and was told my brakes were down to 20%. The mechanic also was pounding on my rear muffler to convince me there was a rattle. The muffler was only 2 years old and I didn’t hear any rattling. Maybe he thought if he kept pounding on it that eventually it would start rattling. I asked for a quote for repairs and tires. I was told they would get me the information and also the receipt for my oil change. It’s a week later and I haven’t received anything. Apparently they are doing so well that they don’t need the $1500. I took my car elsewhere and was told there was nothing wrong with my muffler and the brakes were over 50%. Glad they didn’t contact me as I found a place that wasn’t trying to rip me off!

The technician did a wonderful job. I went in for an oil change, which was done very quick and cost-effective. I mentioned that my driver seat motor had stopped with the seat all the way forward, and he corrected that also enabling me to sit without my knees in the dash. I had been to several other garages and nobody wanted to touch it. They did it for a very reasonable price. I will definitely come back.

I was so impressed when I took my 2010 Toyota, Yaris to MARKS AUTO SERVICE for the first time! All of the staff were so friendly, knowledgeable, and informative! The place was spotless and had a waiting area for customers like I’d never seen before! It was carpeted, with leather lounge chairs, a clean restroom, television, and a variety of available drinks and snacks! The work was done thoroughly and quickly and then everything done was explained simply for me! They honored a coupon, l had received, resulting in an even less expensive charge to an already great price! And when I drove home in my old 2010 car, it felt to me like I was driving a brand new car!! I can’t think of anything more I could want or ask for!! If there was a 10 star rating, I’d give MARKS AUTO SERVICE all ten!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I brought my Prius in to have my brakes looked at, as it was making noises that indicated that they were getting worn. The staff at Mark’s Auto verified that I needed new brakes and could get it fixed while I waited. They did an excellent job completing the work and their estimate price was honored. I have had service work done on other occasions in the past. I would highly recommend them to do your car repairs! They do top quality work every time!
